I called these guys at 9am Saturday morning and they arrived in my driveway at 11am to replace vandalized window. They vacuumed up all the broken glass, set in a new window and were done in under an hour. Courteous and efficient, I definitely recommend them. Sending big nasty karmic cooties to the jerk(s) who smashed my window.

Like everyone else on here I got my car window busted out in Oakland. *Insert eye roll* As much of hassle as it was... Much better that all I had to do was make a call then within 2hrs... Good as new and I didn't even have to leave my house. Also they were kind enough to remove all the broken glass, vacuumed and blew it all out! Thank you for making my pain in the butt not SO bad.

Amazing customer service and work. Very prompt response time, literally within a few minutes. They gave me a quote via messaging u like other places that the request a quote online option and didn't actually give a quote without having to call. Super cheat compared to every other place I've looked at online. For my 2015 Subaru Impreza other places quoted me at around $400! I only paid $250! Very accommodating with scheduling, and speedy work. The guy came out at 12 noon and just left 5 minutes ago. 35 minutes and my car is as good as new. I high recommend. I will definitely be using their service again in the future when I need my windshield replaced.

Echoing many of the other reviews, Tony is professional, gave a fair price, provided excellent communication via cell phone, was prompt and worked quickly, and overall provided a very smooth and convenient customer experience. After having my window smashed, Tony vacuumed up the little glass pebbles, acquired the specific type of glass my car needed, and installed it all within a few days. While we were waiting for the piece of glass to be acquired, Tony even covered up the hole where the window would go with a nice sturdy piece of plastic contact paper. I could not have imagined a better repair! Thank you Tony!!!

Very professional. Lowest price out there. Came to my house in less than an hour. Called to give me a 5 minute heads up for when he was arriving. Finished everything and vacuumed up all the glass in 30 minutes. My technician was kind and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs a window replaced. After the trauma of having my window smashed and my property stolen, Safeko Auto Glass came and picked up all the pieces and made me feel renewed!

Tony was SO speedy, helpful and reasonably priced in replacing one of my car windows within an hour of my calling him when I found that someone had broken the window while it had been parked on 17th & Jefferson. He also vacuumed the broken glass from my car and afterwards, wiped the seats down to remove the splinters. When my car wouldn't start afterwards, he and his co-worker helped jump start it. In other words, they are so helpful and courteous, I will return should the need arise again...which of course I hope not!

Great service. They came out to my work and fixed a chip in my windshield. Gave me a money back guarantee that it would not spread which was nice. Price was below others I had seen and the man who fixed it was very polite.
